My aim is to be approachable and flexible. I understand entering into Counselling can be a daunting and difficult process. As a potential client, you can expect a full one hour face-to-face counselling session in a secure, confidential and non-judgemental atmosphere. A list of challenges I work with can be found here.
I believe in empowering you to be in control of your counselling, whether your sessions are for short – or long term. As a professionally qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I work in an integrative and relational way; this means I take an overall view of the client and integrate concepts, techniques and theories in order to help you in the best way possible.
I am committed to offering my clients an enhanced service; research and life-long learning are my priorities.

Single Client: £40 (#) per one hour session.
Couples Counselling: £55 (#) per one hour session.
Supervision Session for Counsellors: £45 (#)
(# ) Any session beginning at 7.20pm or after there will be an additional £5 fee on top of the standard hourly fee.
Concessions are available so please ask for further details.
NB. *FROM 1ST JANUARY 2025 - ALL FEES WILL INCREASE BY £5 ACROSS THE BOARD.*
REPORTS, REFERENCES AND ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATION
Please note I am now charging a fee of £35* for the writing of any reports, references or additional administration.
